Classical Piano Instruction in European Tradition
Galyna Koerkenmeier is an accomplished, classically-trained pianist. Her life has been dedicated to music and her instrument – the piano. She has shared her admiration and appreciation of this instrument with her students for over three decades.
Participation in first in-person Competition was a huge success for our students. Congratulation to Oliver, Olivia, Angel, Daniil, Samuil, Basya, Kevin, Lukas, Daniel, Luke, Eric, and Thompson! They all advanced to Honors Recital and received trophies.
Finally last trophy of the school year has arrived! Since Texas A&M University Competition was in video form this year, Sara’s I-st Place trophy came one week after Studio recital. Congratulations!
Studio Graduate 2021. Another bittersweet farewell after last Recital. Last trophies and medals, to replenish Sara's collection of innumerable competition rewards, receiving for almost 14 years of studying. So many wonderful memories! Sara is going to continue her education at Dallas UT. She is the only recipient of this year AMTA scholarship for Non-Music Majors.
First live Studio Recital after more than a year! I’m very proud of all of our brave participating students. They presented beautiful performances and got tons of medals, trophies, and certificates! Thank you, all the parents, for your help, support, encouraging, and motivation!
